We are seeking a Japanese Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing accounts receivable processes and will be fluent in both Japanese and English, enabling effective communication with our clients.
Responsibilities- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Communicate with clients in Japanese and English regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.
- Prepare and send out invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and updates for management.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in both languages.
- Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
- 2-10 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
