  • Knowledge and Basic Understanding of civil structures and design.
  • Proficiency in BIM Modelling, Coordination, and BEP (BIM Execution Plan).
  • Skilled in AutoCAD and practical experience with BIM software/applications (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc.).
  • Experience in Generating Construction Drawings, including Shop Drawings, CSD (Combined Services Drawings), and ISD (Installation Shop Drawings) using Revit BIM models.
  • Familiarity with Clash Analysis, Construction Simulation, and exporting construction drawings.
  • Advanced Understanding of BIM Processes with the ability to implement them effectively on new projects.
  • Strong Task Prioritization and Problem-Solving Skills under pressure.
  • Passion for Technology and Construction with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to Develop Learning Materials to support and guide project teams.
  • High Level of Reliability, Responsibility, and Integrity in the workplace.
