About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner Staff to support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of production activities. This role will ensure that materials, resources, and schedules are aligned to meet customer demands and production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and available resources.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when necessary to address delays, shortages, or urgent orders.
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules, material requirements, and order statuses.
• Support inventory control by monitoring material usage and stock levels.
• Generate reports on production performance, order completion, and schedule adherence.
• Communicate effectively with various departments to resolve scheduling or resource conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material planning, and basic inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools; ERP/MRP system experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work onsite and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
