Job Summary:
The Bank Financing Assistant manages loan collection from partner banks, ensures prompt collateral delivery, and maintains strong banking relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that buyers who will avail bank financing loan will be referred to partner banks.
- Ensure that the Bank Guaranty is received from buyers who will settle via bank financing and monitor the status of their bank application accordingly.
- Assist declined buyers by requesting reconsideration, exploring alternative loan qualifications, and referring them to other financing options.
- Process key financing documents and ensure loan amounts are received on time.
- Manage collateral document submissions, tracking title transfer stages while coordinating with relevant departments.
- Build and maintain bank partnerships and host bank events and meetings to enhance customer account management.
- Oversee bank incentive collections and support related financing projects.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
