About the role (What you'll be doing)Eucalyptus emphasizes providing multidisciplinary clinical support to patients throughout their treatment to achieve our mission.
You will collaborate with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to triage, assess, and support patients via email, ensuring timely and accurate responses, maintaining safety, and sharing insights with the team. Your responsibilities include:Providing medical support to patients via email:Triage, assess, and support patients by evaluating the severity of their conditions and escalating when necessary. Responding promptly with accurate medical information and advice.
Ensuring patient safety in all interactions. Monitoring patient progress and reaching out to promote adherence. Sharing patient insights with the clinical team and providing feedback for service improvements.
About you (Who you are)A Doctor of Medicine with 2+ years post-registration experience. Excellent written communication skills, patient-friendly email style. Comfortable in fast-paced environments, collaborative, adaptable to workload changes.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, precise. Willing to work late shifts between 2 PM
- 1 AM or 6 PM
- 3 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekends off.
