About the Role

We are hiring Sales Personnel to join our team. The role involves selling and promoting store products, ensuring excellent customer service, and consistently meeting sales goals. Ideal candidates are energetic, approachable, and have prior experience in retail or product sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in finding and selecting products based on their needs.
  • Promote and sell store products to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and organization within the store.
  • Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team for replenishment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
  • Receiving and organizing goods and maintaining accurate inventory records

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate or College Undergraduate.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in product or store sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, persuasive, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Open to work shifting schedule
  • Onsite, Willing to work in Mandaluyong
