  • Lead the packaging development activities, documentation and scale up of new packaging in accordance with approved designs while continuously enhancing and improving existing packaging.
  • Perform necessary tests required on different packaging materials and components of new product development and alternative materials and suppliers.
  • Lead cost reduction projects in packaging materials and filling and packing processes.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering or Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related fields.
  • With 3 to 5 years work experience in package development, preferably in personal care products or cosmetics, home care products, food products, and related consumer products.
  • Has basic knowledge of the package design process that could help in package development. Knowledge of package development software will be an advantage.
