Teacher Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate ESL teacher lesson recordings to ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Identify strengths and areas for improvement in lesson delivery, communication, and methodology.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and coaching sessions (one-on-one or group) to teachers.
• Monitor teacher performance, attendance, and compliance with teaching guidelines.
• Support teachers by addressing concerns, clarifying policies, and sharing ESL best practices.
• Document evaluations, coaching notes, and teacher progress for monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate with training and operations teams to improve lesson quality and teacher development.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance teacher engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (must-have).
• At least 3+ years of experience in ESL, customer service, or training.
• Knowledge of ESL teaching methods and online classroom dynamics is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong evaluation and feedback-giving skills.
• Comfortable working with expat and local ESL teachers in a multicultural environment.
