Position Title:

Mgr Asst Reporting & Analytics (PHL)

Shift:

7:00 PM to 4:00AM (Philippines)

Job Description:

"Responsible for leading and managing a team of Reporting and Analytics to ensure that they meet their timelines, quality/accuracy, productivity, and efficiency goals.

Primary duties may include but are not limited to: managing and extracting data from various sources and integrating it into a unified database; cleaning and transforming data to make it suitable for analysis; providing business insights, and maintaining and creating dashboards, reports, and tools that allow stakeholders to interact with data directly.

Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent in any related courses and minimum of one (1) year of call center experience leading reporting or analytics team; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background."
