Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce marketing materials such as posters, brochures, banners, packaging, and social media graphics.
  • Develop layouts, illustrations, and other creative assets aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to deliver effective visual content.
  • Edit photos, videos, and other multimedia as required.
  • Ensure designs are visually appealing, consistent, and optimized for both digital and print use.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creativity and output quality.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver artworks within deadlines.
  • Prepare final artwork files for production and coordinate with printers or suppliers when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field (not required)
  • Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Canva, Capcut etc.).
  • Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Experience in digital marketing design (social media, websites, e-commerce platforms) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
