l. Job Description:

  • Creative Design - Develop visually compelling designs for digital, print, and multimedia formats, ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Campaign Collaboration - Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that support campaign goals and business objectives.
  • Content Creation - Create engaging visual assets for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, digital advertisements, email campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
  • Brand Consistency - Uphold a consistent visual identity across all design outputs, reinforcing brand recognition and professionalism across channels.
  • Project Management - Manage multiple design projects concurrently, balancing creativity with efficiency to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Trend Integration - Continuously research and apply current design trends, tools, and best practices to keep visual content fresh, relevant, and forward-thinking.

ll. Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2+ years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical expertise.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate design ideas clearly.
  • Adaptability: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

lll. WORK SET-UP:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Onsite only in BGC Office
  • Willing to work overtime due to mega sales and payday sales.
