We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to support the roasting section in a fast-paced food service environment. The role involves assisting with the preparation, handling, and support duties necessary for roasting meats such as soy chicken, pork, or duck. You will play a key part in ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist roasting cooks in daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare ingredients for roasting (washing, cutting, portioning meats, mixing sauces, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of roasting equipment, utensils, and working areas
  • Monitor and refill supplies as needed
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols strictly
  • Help with inventory and proper storage of food items
  • Dispose of waste properly and ensure workstations are clean at all times
  • Perform other kitchen-related tasks assigned by the chef or supervisor

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • High school graduate or with equivalent experience
  • With or without experience in kitchen or food prep (experience in roasting is a plus)
  • Willing to work in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and standing for long hours
  • Fast learner and team-oriented
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Can start immediately and willing to be assigned at various store locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php10, Php12,000.00 per month
