Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3x onsite per week)

Location: Makati

Schedule: Dayshift (8am - 5pm)

Job Description:

  • Provide onsite and remote support operations covering windows environment, Outlook/MS Office, network connections, Citrix, remote control, troubleshooting, software, and hardware installation.

Minimum requirements for the position are:

  • ASAP JOINER
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 3 years total experience in Microsoft-based systems and network operations, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, and must be able to communicate effectively and work with all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledgeable in TCP/IP suite; Network (WAN/LAN/WLAN), VPN, RDP, and Internet services (HTTP, DNS, DHCP, FTP and SMTP)
  • Best-in-class customer service skills
  • Can create short scripts to automate any routine work
  • Knowledge with Hyper V Servers and SQL Server administration

Favoured applicants will possess one or more of the following:

  • International experience is a plus
  • Microsoft certification
  • ITIL Foundation Certified
  • Experience with web technologies, e.g. web sites and web services

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
