Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Automations & AI Specialist to design, build, and manage automated workflows, data integrations, and analytics dashboards across our platforms. You will initially be hands-on — implementing automations and Power BI dashboards — before growing into a team leadership role as we expand our automation function over the next 6–12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimise automation workflows using n8n, Go High Level (GHL), and other relevant tools.
  • Implement and manage AI-driven agents and workflows to support marketing, sales, and CRM activities.
  • Integrate systems such as CRMs, email marketing tools, spreadsheets, and APIs.
  • Create automations to improve lead management, reporting, and data synchronisation across teams.
  • Develop and manage Power BI dashboards for real-time reporting on leads, campaigns, and performance metrics.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources (CRM, ads platforms, email, etc.) into unified dashboards.
  • Provide actionable insights and visualisations to support business and client decisions.
  • Map existing business workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Standardise automation templates and reporting structures for different client projects.
  • Train and mentor junior automation or data team members as the department grows.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in workflow automation or system integration (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.).
  • Strong experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX, visuals, Power Query).
  • Understanding of CRM platforms (especially Go High Level).
  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g. JavaScript, Python) preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, and webhooks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Willing to work afternoon shift in Alabang, Muntinlupa
