HIRING: Chief Accountant (CPA)

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Client: Triple A Contractor Company

Our client, a leading Triple A construction company, is looking for a Chief Accountant to lead its finance and auditing team. This is a key leadership role for a results-driven professional who can oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial direction to support ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, and project cost monitoring.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Develop and implement financial controls, accounting policies, and reporting systems to support company growth.
  • Review and analyze project budgets, cash flow, and cost performance in coordination with project and cost control teams.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, government regulations, and audit standards.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of accounting staff to achieve departmental goals.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and banks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong background in auditing, taxation, and financial management.
  • Experience in the construction or contracting industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php95, Php150,000.00 per month
