Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems (chillers, freezers, cold storage, HVAC units, etc.)
  • Perform preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdown and ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and adjust system components such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
  • Recharge refrigerants and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Detect and repair leaks, electrical faults, and mechanical failures.
  • Maintain accurate service logs and maintenance records.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests or equipment malfunctions.
  • Ensure tools and materials are properly maintained and stored.
  • Follow company safety policies and industry standards in all repair and maintenance work.

Qualifications:
  • Vocational or Technical Course in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Industrial Technology, or related field.
  • TESDA NC II or NC III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is an advantage.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Refrigeration Technician (industrial or commercial setting preferred).
  • Knowledge in electrical wiring, refrigeration cycle, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Good physical condition and attention to detail.
  • Willing to work flexible hours or on-call as needed.
