Enterprise Account Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented developer with a passion for automation to join our growing team in Makati as an IT Service Automation Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in transforming IT service delivery through automation and optimization, utilizing your development skills and understanding of best practices. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and IT units to analyze needs, design workflows, and leverage the organization's IT service management tool (confidential) to automate and streamline key processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Government Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation
• Lead customer acquisition efforts targeting national government agencies, LGUs, GOCCs and public institutions.
• Conduct field visits, outreach in government offices, and participate in industry events to identify potential opportunities.
• Generate qualified government leads and build strong relationships with key officials, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Enterprise Sales Manager to align on weekly targets and prospecting strategies.
PhilGEPS Management & Government Procurement Alignment
• Manage all PhilGEPS-related activities, including:
o Monitoring bid postings, notices, bidding opportunities, and government procurement announcements.
o Identifying relevant projects and tenders aligned with our data management solutions. o Ensuring timely registration, renewal, and compliance with PhilGEPS requirements.
o Preparing and coordinating PhilGEPS bid submissions, supporting documents, and eligibility requirements.
• Maintain updated knowledge of government procurement processes, RA 9184, and relevant compliance policies.
Enterprise Solution Selling
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with government stakeholders to identify data challenges and modernization opportunities.
• Present customized solutions focusing on data integration, governance, MDM, data quality, and cloud migration.
• Lead end-to-end solution selling—including scoping, proposal development, pricing, and negotiation.
• Align solutions with government ICT modernization goals and DICT-related standards where applicable.
After-Sales Account Management
• Act as the primary contact for assigned government clients after sales.
• Oversee onboarding, implementation, and support coordination with Technical and Professional Services teams.
• Monitor account health, usage, adoption, and ROI of implemented solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews with government decision-makers to strengthen relationships and identify new requirements.
• Ensure strong renewal performance and identify expansion opportunities.
Marketing, Field Activities & Coordination
• Participate in marketing blitzes, government roadshows, and awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute government-focused campaigns and track results.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Product, Support, Legal) to meet documentation and compliance requirements.
Reporting & Strategic Planning
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and government account details in the CRM.
• Provide weekly sales updates and pipeline reviews with the Enterprise Sales Manager.
• Prepare government-focused account plans, forecasts, and opportunity analyses.
• Track procurement timelines, compliance status, and tender submissions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in enterprise/government sales, solution selling, or account management.
• Experience engaging with national government agencies or LGUs.
• Familiarity with PhilGEPS, RA 9184, and government bidding procedures.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments, enterprise software, and data management concepts.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms for sales tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in an agile, dynamic team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with BSP, DICT, DOST, DOF, or other ICT-driven government agencies.
• Background in selling complex technology solutions to the public sector.
• Experience preparing government bid documents and eligibility requirements.
• Field B2B selling experience.
