JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must have at least a High School, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in any related field that is required for this position.
  • Fresh Graduate of BS Industrial Technology are welcome to apply.
  • Proven 2-3 years of working experience as Facility Maintenance/Technician is an advantage.
  • Must have background with chillers, air compressors, air conditioning units, diesel generators, fire protection system and other facilities equipment.
  • Can read, understand and interpret diagrams and floor plans.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
  • Willing to work in LIMA Technology Center, Lipa City, Batangas
  • 1 Full-Time position available.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for the maintenance, operations and repair of facility equipment.
  • Attend to job request and concerns in facility equipment.
  • Daily inspection and monitoring of facility equipment.
