The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Automate. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate business processes, optimize workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Power Automate.
  • Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend suitable RPA approaches.
  • Create detailed process documentation, solution design documents (SDD), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure robots and automation workflows adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot deployed bots to ensure seamless performance and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to drive automation initiatives.
  • Optimize existing automations to enhance performance, reduce errors, and increase efficiency.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, training, and technical guidance to team members as needed.
