About the Role

The Training & Quality Manager (Clinical) will play a crucial role in supporting the Associate Director by designing and deploying training programs for clinical staff, implementing quality assurance processes, and managing accreditation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Associate Director in designing and deploying training programs for clinical staff (e.g., USRN academy, conversion training)
  • Implement QA processes, conduct audits, and monitor clinical performance against standards
  • Help manage URAC accreditation activities
  • Facilitate performance governance: generate reports, identify trends, and suggest (or execute) action plans
  • Run hypercare / remediation activities for performance dips
  • Engage with clients through quality workshops, feedback sessions, and VOC initiatives
  • Help design and maintain the Training & Quality Framework used across clinical accounts
  • Work on rewards & penalties tied to quality metrics
  • Drive adoption and usage of Concentrix's clinical quality / training tools

Qualifications

  • US-licensed RN (USRN) or clinically equivalent background (if that's acceptable)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a training and quality role in a BPO / healthcare services setup

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (for training and client engagements)
  • Strong analytical skills (to interpret QA data, performance metrics)
  • Leadership ability to coach and guide trainers, QA analysts, or other team members
  • Project management skills (to run training programs and quality initiatives)

Preferred Skills

  • Strong knowledge of utilization management, quality frameworks, and possibly URAC or similar accreditation programs
