Job Summary : Ensure that the finished feeds are delivered in conformance to the specifications of the quality standard. Responsible for day to day dispatching of finished feeds.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise the day to day operations of the department.

· Prepare daily feed delivery schedule.

· Assigning of trucks for delivery.

· Prepare and issue delivery documents.

· Encode and update finished feeds delivery report and other related reports.

· Conduct daily feeds inventory turned over by production.

· Coordinate with farm representative for IBC and other department coordinators.

· Monitor the driver to ensure the delivery meet the required standard.

· Provide trucks to other department as requested.

· Ensure that all incidences are documented.

· Report immediately to superior when situation is beyond the control.

· Ensure the policies and procedures are implemented properly to achieve established objectives.

· Orient, coach and motivates new operator, drivers, guards and loaders.

· Submit monthly delivery and retrieval report.

· Submit weekly delivery reports (old reports) for S.A.P. use.

· Submit Requisition Slip (RS), MIGO 101, MIGO 262, for S.A.P. use.

· Issue voucher of diesel.

· Shifting schedule (weekly).

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualification

Education : Must be a graduate of any 4 years Business related course or industrial/manufacturing engineering.

Experience : With or without experience.

Special Skills : Must be a computer literate. People Management Skills

Industrious &Trustworthy.
