Job Title: Accounts Receivable Associate - Telecommunications

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivables Associate with strong experience in lending, financing, and collection processes, who will manage customer accounts through telecommunications (calls, SMS, and messaging). The role focuses on timely collection, account reconciliation, and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables

-Prepare and issue billing statements and invoices accurately

-Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies

-Conduct client follow-ups via phone calls and messages for payment updates and reminders (delinquent and overdue accounts.)

-Maintain accurate financial and customer records

-Coordinate with internal teams to address account issues or payment concerns

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

-1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance & Lending

-Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

-Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems

-Office-based role with client coordination via calls and messages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
