What You'll Do:

As an
Audit Manager
, you will play a crucial role in managing client engagements from start to finish. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Supervision & Mentoring:
    Oversee and guide a team of seniors and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
  • Client Engagement Management:
    Take full ownership of your assigned client portfolio, from initial acceptance procedures and risk assessment to the final review of financial statements.
  • Quality Control:
    Approve audit programs and meticulously review audit working papers to ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
  • Resource Management:
    Manage staff scheduling and forecasting to optimize team efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Client Relations:
    Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.
  • Project Development:
    Assist partners with various project development initiatives, contributing to the firm's strategic growth.
