What you'll be doing

  1. Thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  2. Restocking and maintaining supplies in guest rooms and common areas
  3. Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor
  4. Assisting with deep cleaning and special projects as required
  5. Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  6. Providing exceptional customer service to all guests and colleagues

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
  3. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  4. Good physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day
  5. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with various shift patterns
