Your Team's Impact
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable software solutions, as well as a commitment to technical excellence and continuous improvement. This role will play an integral role in shaping the architecture and direction of our technology platforms, while mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross-function

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications that meet customer and business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers,, and fellow engineers to deliver high-impact features on schedule.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices and professional growth.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Contribute to strategic architectural decisions and the evolution of our technology stack.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, continuously advocating for process and technological improvements.
• Adhere to and champion established software development methodologies, standards, and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, C#.
• Demonstrated experience in building scalable, distributed systems and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Comprehensive knowledge of relational databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server ) including database schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• In-depth knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Have

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker,).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design.
• Prior experience operating within Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience within engineering teams.
