Payroll Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor with a strong background in payroll processing. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing the payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement. This role requires excellent analytical skills and a thorough understanding of payroll systems and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accurate calculation and timely distribution of wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, employee timesheets, and leave balances.
• Handle payroll adjustments for promotions, salary changes, deductions (e.g., taxes, benefits), and other payroll-related matters.
• Collaborate with HR on compensation structures and benefits enrollment.
• Respond to employee inquiries about payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports for management review, including tax filings and benefits contributions.
• Ensure payroll tax reporting and compliance with relevant labor and tax laws.
• Assist in month-end and year-end payroll reconciliation and reporting, including annual tax filings.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and compensation/benefits laws to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy - required
• Proven experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite in Mariveles, Bataan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
