Gastronova Hospitality Group is currently looking for Host. Must be willing to be assigned to BGC Taguig City.

JOB OVERVIEW:

As the Host at Ladurée Philippines, you serve as the first point of contact, embodying the brand's legacy of elegance and impeccable service. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming ambiance that reflects our luxury hospitality standards, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and memorable. By expertly managing guest flow and coordinating with the front-of-house team, you contribute directly to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Reception & Engagement

  • Greet guests promptly with a courteous and professional demeanor reflecting Ladurée's brand values.
  • Manage reservations and walk-in guest seating efficiently to optimize flow and minimize wait times.
  • Provide guests with relevant information about the menu, special offerings, and seating arrangements.
  • Address guest inquiries and special requests with attentiveness and discretion.

Front-of-House Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and management to manage table assignments and guest preferences.
  • Monitor dining room capacity and communicate effectively to prevent overcrowding and ensure comfort.
  • Support team members during peak hours by facilitating smooth guest transitions and resolving seating conflicts.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professionalism with a polished and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
  • Reservation and table management software proficiency (e.g., OpenTable, Rest)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least High School graduate; hospitality-related education is an advantage
  • With experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a luxury café or restaurant
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Attention to detail

WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:

  • Location: BGC, Taguig City
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours
  • Work Setup: Full time and onsite
