Job Summary:
The Sales Trainer is responsible for equipping sales agents, brokers, and sellers with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in the real estate industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Master project features, benefits, and unique selling points for target markets.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs (e.g., Business Opportunity Presentations, Product Knowledge Seminars) and organize site visits.
- Tailor programs to specific team and market needs. Partner with stakeholders to identify training goals and metrics.
- Create engaging materials (presentations, manuals, videos, online modules) for maximum learning impact.
- Keep training content sharp by following industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.
- Implement assessments and evaluations to measure program effectiveness and offer personalized coaching to empower individual team members.
- Plan and host company events. Collaborate with vendors for training programs.
- Track training outcomes and sales performance.
- Generate ROI reports and recommend further upskilling initiatives based on data insights.
Qualifications:
- College degree (Bachelor's preferred, Master's a plus) in Business, Marketing, Education, or a similar field.
- Experience training, coaching, or developing others in sales.
- Understands the ins and outs of selling, including different techniques, methods, and best practices.
- Can present information clearly, connect with trainees, and make learning fun. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Can create engaging presentations, manuals, videos, and online modules that keep trainees interested and learning.
- Results-oriented mindset and focus on driving performance.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Canva.
- Amenable to work at Lancaster New City, Imus Cavite
