Visit ) Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used at your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years of outbound or inside sales experience in logistics and freight forwarding (PH market preferred) Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and dependability Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (non‑negotiable) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting B2B cold calling and rate negotiation experience Experience in U.S. trade lanes or cross‑border logistics (PH, VN, LK, or SEA region) is an advantage Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas Strong phone presence and ability to manage multiple accounts Excellent listening, presentation, and multitasking skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with CRM tools, CargoWise, Datamyne, or TradeMo (optional) Must attend weekly sales meetings every Wednesday Your Daily Tasks Deal with customer queries via email and verbal communication. Generate leads and prepare quotes for clients based on requirements. Obtain costings and provide quotes with complete service information. Negotiate rates with airlines, shipping liners, and haulers. Liaise with clients, sub‑contractors, suppliers, and overseas agents. Handle end‑to‑end queries until booking handover to the operations team. Support company growth by developing new business in ocean, air freight, and supply chain management. Develop and maintain customer‑specific business plans to exceed goals. Analyze market trends and create strategies to increase margins. Coordinate with internal teams to develop and execute business strategies. Report performance data with insights into customer and market trends. Manage business development programs between specific countries and products.
