Job Overview

The Trade Execution Officer is responsible for the precise and timely management of import and local logistics processes, vigilant monitoring of client operations, and providing a seamless onboarding experience for new partners. Your expertise will be key to maintaining operational efficiency and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Import Execution Management
  • Local Logistics Solutions & Optimization
  • Monitoring of Client Points of Sale (POS)
  • Client Onboarding and Relationship Support

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in trade operations, logistics, supply chain management, or a similar execution-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and import documentation.
  • High level of proficiency in data analysis and experience monitoring Point of Sale (POS) or inventory systems.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective internal coordination and client interaction.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude; ability to anticipate issues and implement corrective actions swiftly.
