Email Designer – Goldfish Group

Goldfish Group is a growth-focused ecommerce agency partnering with lifestyle brands. We're looking for a talented Email Designer with strong graphic design skills and hands-on experience creating email campaigns in Figma. In this role, you'll translate brand guidelines and campaign objectives into visually engaging, mobile-friendly email designs that drive results.

What You'll Do:

  • Design high-impact email & SMS campaigns, templates, layouts, and graphics
  • Collaborate with the email team to bring campaign concepts to life
  • Ensure designs are optimized for responsiveness and accessibility
  • Maintain brand consistency across all email touchpoints

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience designing emails (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in Figma and graphic design best practices
  • Strong eye for typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Understanding of email design constraints (tables, images, text balance, etc.)
  • Proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
  • Openness to feedback and iterating quickly.

Skills/Tools:

  • Figma
  • Clickup
  • Adobe
  • Comfort exporting assets for development/marketing automation teams
  • Attention to detail — checking links, spacing, and design integrity before handoff

Nice to Have's:

  • Experience with Emailify
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS for email (not mandatory but very valuable)
  • Landing page design in Shopify
  • Understanding of marketing design(i.e. designing for clicks, scannability, CTAs).
