For more than 30 years we've served up the finest, freshest ice cream, cakes, smoothies, and shakes using only the highest quality ingredients, and of course, our signature process of preparing your custom ice cream creation blended with mix-ins and toppings on a frozen granite stone.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our ice cream shop. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team effectively, ensuring that the store operates efficiently, and maintaining high cleanliness and efficiency standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and supervise team members.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, productivity, and growth.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

2. Customer Service:

• Ensure that all customers receive prompt and friendly service.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.

3. Operations Management:

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in accordance with health regulations.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.

4. Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote special events, new products, and promotions.
• Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

5. Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets, including labor and food costs, to achieve financial targets.
• Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Administration, or Marketing, or any relevant Field
• With At Least 3 years of experience as supervisor in a fine dining restaurant or a general manager of a fast food restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organization skills
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and basic accounting principles
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
• CAN START IMMEDIATELY
