We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful individual to lead our efforts in enhancing the guest experience, building direct booking channels, and expanding our presence across major online travel agencies (OTAs).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office hospitality, virtual assistance, and the ability to establish direct relationships with tourism companies and corporate clients. This role also requires a proactive approach to guest communication and marketing strategies aimed at increasing direct bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strategic relationships with tourism companies and corporate partners to drive direct bookings.

Manage guest communications across multiple platforms, ensuring timely, professional, and friendly interactions.

Plan and execute marketing and loyalty programs aimed at increasing guest retention and direct bookings.

Provide virtual assistant support to the management team, including administrative tasks, guest coordination, and schedule management.

Onboard and manage listings across OTAs such as MakeMyTrip, Expedia, VRBO, , Airbnb, and others.

Optimize OTA listings to improve visibility, conversion rates, and guest satisfaction.

Ensure a seamless guest experience from inquiry through to post-stay follow-up.

Coordinate with cleaning teams and operations to maintain consistent service quality and high cleanliness standards.
