Sales Admin Requirements – JFEI Silang Cavite Office

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with sales representatives, distributors, and key account managers for order processing and fulfillment.
  • Prepare and monitor sales documents like Sales Orders (SOs), Delivery Receipts (DRs), and Invoices.
  • Track and validate Purchase Orders (POs) from modern trade, general trade, and institutional accounts.
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Assist in trade promo tracking, claims validation, and documentation support.
  • Monitor stock availability and communicate any issues with demand planning and inventory teams.
  • Update and maintain records in sales trackers, dashboards, and CRMs.
  • Assist in sales reporting, performance analysis, and reconciliation of monthly sales data.
  • Coordinate and consolidate data from field sales reports (e.g., van sales, area sales).
  • Handle retailer/distributor concerns or coordinate their escalation to the appropriate team.
  • Operate company ERP systems for sales order processing, stock monitoring, invoicing, and generating reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,300.00 per month
