We're Hiring: Senior Software Quality Engineer

What You'll Do
  • Design, test, deploy, and support cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Lead the creation of automation scripts, test strategies, and CI/CD integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Apply deep functional knowledge of Life Insurance & related business applications.
  • Mentor and coach quality engineers, sharing best practices and driving excellence.
  • Influence continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, PoCs, and innovation.
What Success Looks Like

Modules tested, automated, and deployed seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines.

Team members coached and technical blockers resolved effectively.

Zero defect leakage into UAT and production.

Active contributions to hiring, team events, and engineering communities.

What You Bring
  • Strong expertise in Functional, Integration, Regression, and Automation Testing.
  • Advanced skills in DevOps, Cloud, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on with tools like qTest, Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, TOSCA, SQL, Ready API.
  • Experience with automation frameworks (2+), TDD/BDD, and Agile/DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Life Insurance systems and interfacing applications (a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to mentor others.
