The Visual Merchandising Associate is responsible for implementing visual display strategies that align with the brand's image and store objectives. This role ensures that merchandise is presented in an appealing, organized, and creative way to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Execute visual display plans based on company guidelines and seasonal campaigns.

  • Maintain in-store visual standards including mannequins, signage, and window displays.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for promotions and store events.

  • Monitor product rotation and ensure timely floor replenishment.

  • Conduct regular floor walks to identify and implement display improvements.

  • Support visual setups for new store openings, renovations, and campaign rollouts.

Qualifications

  • Open to fresh graduates, preferably with a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Background in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, or Retail is an advantage

  • Minimum of 1 year retail or merchandising experience preferred

  • Creative and detail-oriented, with an eye for visual balance and aesthetics

  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

  • Physically fit to lift, move, or set up visual materials and equipment
