Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Core Network Engineer / Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of project implementation and post-sales support, with a focus on core network and cloud core engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute project implementation including technical design, planning, hardware supervision, commissioning, and acceptance testing.

  • Provide core network planning and post-sales technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Offer remote and on-site troubleshooting support for engineering-related issues.

  • Deliver high-level technical training to customers and internal team members.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems beyond standard engineering capabilities, providing detailed reports to the customer and project teams.

  • Analyze network planning and contribute to network architecture design and engineering.

  • Integrate and depict comprehensive network configurations including architectures, topologies, hardware/software systems, transmission, and signaling protocols.

  • Assist in the design, testing, and evaluation of new products, solutions, procedures, and system implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years (Engineer) and 5 years (Manager) of experience in core network or cloud core engineering.

  • Strong understanding of telecommunication networks, cloud core architecture, signaling protocols, and system integration.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.

  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
