Project Manager Scrum Master

Ascendion (previously Collabera Digital) is currently looking for a Project Manager who will join our team and provide services with one of the known banks here in the Philippines.

  1. Formulate the project and/or program plan which identifies the project goals and objectives, and sequences the activities and roadmap;

  2. Oversee the entire project and/or program to ensure that the project team is within schedule and budget and complies with the agreed service levels;

  3. Prioritize and validate project requirements in consultation with key CLIENT stakeholders;

  4. Drive business analysis to ensure that requirements are specific, detailed, and cover the necessary business outcomes determined by the CLIENT;

  5. Manage project delivery including that of test acceptance, documentation delivery and hand-over to production and operations;

  6. Consult and involve all of CLIENT's stakeholders (per group) in the delivery pipeline;

  7. Monitor the project including but not limited to issue tracking, risk management and mitigation and stakeholder management;

  8. Develop and maintain concise and consistent communication and reporting process throughout the project lifecycle;

  9. Drive continuous improvement

  10. Adhere to Project Management Templates and Standards

Deliverables:

  1. Project and/or Program plan or work plan and strategy which identifies the activities and resources (time, money, human, equipment, etc.) needed to complete the project

  2. Technical Implementation Plan (TIP) and ensuring creation of Technical Design Documents

  3. Weekly Project and/or Program status reports and updates

  4. Change requests

  5. Risk and Issue Register

  6. As-built documents

  7. Project Trackers (Financial, Activities List, Timeline, etc.)

  8. Phase End Checklist

  9. Security Design Compliance for all Programs and Projects (e.g. PSRA, VRA, PIA) 10.Project close-out reports
