About the role

This full-time role based in Binondo, Manila City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through engaging and impactful live stream content. Your role will be crucial in expanding reach and converting viewers into customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute compelling live stream content to showcase different products and services

  • Leverage your strong communication and presentation skills to engage viewers and drive conversions

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream content with overall brand and campaign strategies

  • Monitor viewer analytics and feedback to continuously improve the live stream experience

  • Assist with building a loyal follower base and cultivating a community around HR Spectacles' brand

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live stream sales

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in sales, customer service or influencer marketing, preferably in the live stream or video content space

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate audiences

  • Strong creative flair and the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging live stream content

  • Demonstrable understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology

  • Proficient in using live streaming platforms and related tools

  • Adaptable and able to work autonomously to meet sales targets
