As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects in Apalit, Pampanga. This is a full-time position that will involve estimating, cost control, and contract administration to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure they remain within budget
  • Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts
  • Identifying and resolving any contractual or commercial issues that arise
  • Providing regular cost reports and financial updates to project stakeholders
  • Supporting the project management team with procurement and tendering activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control methods, and project management principles
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using construction-specific software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
