Job Description Responsibilities Lead and/or contribute to the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, ongoing management, and enhancement of SAP FICO‑based solutions to meet client requirements. Demonstrate functional and technical proficiency, business acumen, and thought leadership with excellent oral and written communication. Identify and apply continuous improvement, innovation, and automation activities for operational efficiency, delivery excellence, and application modernization/transformation. Balance working independently and collaboratively with consultants, external integrated applications, clients, and third‑party vendors. Leverage functional and technical expertise to meet engagement objectives, grow team capabilities, and support pursuit and sales activities. Execute all deliverables in accordance with company leadership values and overall strategy. Lead and/or contribute to team, organization, and account strategies, initiatives, and activities. Meet key project metrics, delivery milestones, and service level agreements. Adhere to all team, organization, and client deliverables, targets, policies, and procedures. Mandatory Skills 5+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related field. Minimum of 5 years of SAP FICO experience. Functional and technical proficiency in SAP applications. At least 3 full‑lifecycle SAP FICO implementations with solid industry or consulting experience. Strong hands‑on experience in core SAP FICO modules. Deep knowledge of key integration points between SAP FICO and other modules (SD, MM, PP, PM, PS). Strong leadership and management experience. Ability to understand clients’ business and objectives. High‑performing, “can‑do” attitude: adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness; results‑oriented, self‑starter, critical thinker. Comfortable working independently and within a team. Strong oral and written communication skills. Languages English (required); additional languages are a plus.
