  • Review the content of inquiry & generate quotation
  • Provide customer support (Products Selection, Checking delivery time, Technical support etc.)" Communicate and respond to inquiries with customers via phone and e-mail.
  • Process of order (Receive orders from customer / Place orders to factories)
  • Pre-order/post-order delivery time control
  • Submission of documents (test reports, drawings, etc.)
  • Visualize the timing of payments and share information with outside sales
  • Primary receipt of complaints and problems
  • Support any other sales administration activities
  • Process shipping documentation (PO to factory and shipping docs such as invoice, packing list, BL, L/C, etc.)
  • Preparing bills and invoices ( Delivery Receipts , Sales Invoice)
  • Coordinate with factories and forwarder/carrier on logistics operation, vessel booking, verification and issuance of shipping documents, including tax exemption forms.
  • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments .

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering or any related course.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office application (Especially Excel)
  • Have a 5 years extensive experience as Inside Sales in companies dealing in tangible goods.
  • Experience in ERP (SAP System)
  • Basic knowledge of foreign trade.
  • Ability to persevere with detailed work.
  • Good with numbers and calculations
  • Essential skills include listening, reliability, building a rapport and sticking to a well thought-out strategy.

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
