The Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transport of personnel, materials, and company assets using a diesel-powered vehicle with manual transmission and rear-wheel drive (max output 101 hp @ 3,600 rpm). The driver must ensure proper vehicle maintenance, compliance with traffic laws, and timely delivery of goods or passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate the assigned company vehicle (diesel, manual transmission, rear-wheel drive).
  • Transport staff, clients, materials, and equipment to designated locations on time.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspection (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) before operation.
  • Ensure the vehicle is always clean, roadworthy, and well-maintained.
  • Report any mechanical issues, damages, or irregularities immediately to the supervisor.
  • Coordinate with the logistics/operations team for delivery and route assignments.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.
  • Adhere to all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
  • Assist in loading/unloading goods or equipment when necessary.
  • Perform other driving or messenger-related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Code 1, 2, and 3 or equivalent).
  • At least 1 year of experience driving diesel/manual transmission vehicles.
  • Knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
  • Ability to drive long distances and in varying road conditions.
  • Physically fit and able to assist in loading/unloading tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, punctual, and reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
