Private Nurse/Caregiver

Job Summary

A compassionate private nurse / caregiver provides personalized support to individuals with special needs (down syndrome), assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Health and Medication: Administer medications, assist with therapy exercises, and monitor health changes.
• Daily Living Support: Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with transportation.
• Behavioral Support: Implement behavior management strategies, provide emotional support, and encourage participation in activities.
• Individualized Care: Develop and follow personalized care plans, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with family and healthcare providers.
• Safety and Advocacy: Ensure a safe environment, advocate for the individual's needs, and educate family members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; caregiving certification preferred.
• Experience with individuals with special needs.
• Strong understanding of specific disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility.
• First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Stay in San Juan, City.
• May require flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
