The Project Engineer is responsible for various tasks such as creating technical plans, performing calculations, preparation of reports and etc. He/She will complete routine engineering works and oversee engineering projects under the supervision of the Operations Head and the assistance of team of architects.

Responsibilities:

Contributes to the development of engineering plans and designs.

Assist in budget preparation for projects and monitors project expenditures.

Provide technical and professional assistance to staff; review plans, specifications, contract documents, and other reports and documents to ensure compliance with applicable codes, policies, and procedures.

Assist in policy and procedure development and implementation.

Review and estimates costs for projects.

Assist in providing project quotations

Analyzes quotes and bids

Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.

Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.

Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site.

Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Must have at least 3 years of site experience

Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer

Sense of responsibility, urgency, reliability, ownership on deliverables, commitment to the task, and must be result-driven.

Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Site experience is highly advantageous

Efficiency in design and document preparation programs: CAD (Required), Sketch-up and Microsoft Office

Background with MEFPS is a plus

Willing to work within Metro Manila and neighboring province

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
