Buod ng Trabaho:

Ang Inbound Processor ay responsable sa pagtanggap, pag-inspeksyon, at pagproseso ng mga papasok na produkto o materyales upang matiyak na tama ang dami, kalidad, at dokumentasyon alinsunod sa pamantayan ng kumpanya.

Mga Gawain at Responsibilidad:

  • Tanggapin at suriin ang mga papasok na delivery o shipment.
  • I-check ang dami, kalidad, at kondisyon ng mga item batay sa delivery receipt, invoice, o purchase order.
  • I-report at idokumento ang anumang kakulangan, sira, o discrepancy sa natanggap na items.
  • Siguraduhin ang tamang pag-label at pag-aayos ng mga produkto bago itago sa warehouse.
  • I-encode o i-update ang records ng inventory sa system o logbook.
  • Makipag-coordinate sa warehouse staff, checker, at supervisor para sa maayos na proseso ng inbound.
  • Sumunod sa mga patakaran sa kaligtasan, kalinisan, at kumpanya.
  • Magsagawa ng iba pang gawain na itatalaga ng immediate superior.

Kwalipikasyon:

  • High School Graduate o College Level.
  • May karanasan sa warehouse o inbound processing ay isang bentahe ngunit hindi required.
  • Maingat sa detalye at marunong magbilang at mag-check ng dokumento.
  • Kayang magtrabaho nang may kaunting supervision at marunong makisama sa team.
  • Pisikal na handa sa pagbubuhat at pagtayo nang matagal.
  • Handa magtrabaho sa shifting schedule at overtime kung kinakailangan.
  • Willing to work at Mandaluyong.
