Job Overview:

The Company Driver-Rider-Messenger is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and timely transportation services for clients, staff, and goods. This role involves maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, managing vehicle upkeep, and ensuring smooth route planning based on traffic and weather conditions. The driver will also be tasked with managing payments and keeping the vehicle clean and in working order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport clients, staff, and/or packages to designated locations in a timely and safe manner.
  • Plan and adjust routes based on traffic conditions, construction, and weather delays using navigation tools.
  • Ensure punctuality and arrive at destinations on schedule.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including office pickups and deliveries.
  • Use GPS and other navigation tools to determine the most efficient routes.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Keep the vehicle fueled, clean, and properly maintained.
  • Coordinate necessary vehicle repairs and schedule regular maintenance checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and repair history.
  • Ensure the company vehicle is parked in permitted areas to avoid fines or towing.
  • Report any vehicle damages, accidents, or injuries to management immediately.
  • Handle tickets or fines issued during work hours promptly and inform management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.
  • Familiar with Luzon area.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience (1-5 years) as a Driver or similar role.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50).
  • Proficiency with GPS devices and route-planning applications.
  • Strong knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods.
  • Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage.
  • Polite, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm and composed in stressful driving situations (e.g., rush hour).
  • High school diploma or equivalent. TESDA certification or relevant courses are a plus.
  • Amenable to be assigned in QC or Marikina

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
