Work Setup: Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 days WFH

Lead Architect is a multi-disciplinary creative, for a multi-brand, global F&B company – that can work and lead, independently and collaboratively, with internal and external multi-disciplinary teams. Motivated by a passion for design and brands, to guide, create, design and develop creative solutions, proactively responding to market demands and brand led initiatives / projects / programs.

The position is responsible for the creation, standardization and guardianship of strategic principles, creative, design and production assets to support brand led initiatives / projects / programs, including the development of branding, brand and customer facing communications. A hands-on and resourceful attitude, keen to make a positive impact on our client's team, their work and customers / clients. An ability to independently manage communication from sketch to execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Qualifications:

·  Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.

·  10+ years in a leadership position experience in architecture, interior design, or brand consultancy, with well-rounded project exposure.

·  Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, OneNote, etc.)

·  Familiarity with project management and productivity applications is desired

·  Experience and/or interest in sustainable design; LEED accreditation is a plus but not required

·  Proficiency in English is required

·  A good command of Tagalog, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese is a plus.

·  Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
