Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to keep content relevant and innovative.

2. Content Creation & Scheduling

  • Design engaging graphics, short-form videos, and compelling copy for social media posts.
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring an optimal posting calendar for maximum reach.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to maintain a cohesive brand presence.

3. Community Engagement & Growth

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong online community.
  • Monitor brand mentions and participate in industry-related conversations to boost visibility.
  • Build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners for collaborative opportunities.

4. Social Media Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Optimize ad spend and targeting strategies to maximize ROI and engagement rates.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

5. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor key social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, conversions, and audience growth.
  • Use insights from analytics tools to optimize content strategy and improve performance.
  • Generate monthly reports on social media performance and present recommendations for improvement.

6. Trend Research & Experimentation

  • Identify emerging social media trends and implement new content formats to enhance engagement.
  • Experiment with different content styles, hashtags, and platform features to boost visibility.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
  • Exceptional content creation skills – experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and short-form video editing.
  • Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies – proficiency in using analytics tools to optimize content.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and ad optimization.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills – ability to craft compelling captions and content.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in the Philippines
  • 18 years old and above
  • Willing to work from home with a stable internet connection
  • Must have own equipment — reliable laptop or PC and a noise-cancelling headset
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Leadership Potential and Vision: Prior experience managing remote tasks or supporting a business owner is a plus, but we're most interested in candidates ready to take ownership, lead by example, and actively shape the future of their role.
