About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Electronic Engineer to drive technology development, elevate design capabilities, and support advanced engineering platforms. You will play a key role in delivering high-performance, cost-efficient, and reliable power electronics solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technology solutions to meet emerging and challenging customer requirements
  • Support and advance new technology platforms
  • Provide expert technical support to design teams for complex hardware and control issues
  • Lead and perform design reviews
  • Develop mathematical tools for power circuit and control design/iteration
  • Guide teams to improve performance, efficiency, reliability, and cost in product development
  • Conduct technical training for engineering teams

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Communications Engineering
  • Solid experience in design engineering

  • Strong knowledge in:

  • Power circuits; analog & digital control for single/three-phase PFC

  • Hard-switched, ZVS, and resonant DC-DC converters
  • Modeling & analysis of control loops (mathematical and simulation)
  • Design and analysis of complex magnetic circuits
  • EMI filter design
  • Up-to-date with industry developments (e.g., GaN and SiC Wide Band Gap devices)

Essential Skills
  • Proficient in PLECS, Simetrix/Simplis, Mathcad, MATLAB, PSIM
  • High degree of mathematical and analytical ability
